With family rooted deep throughout the Appalachian Mountain range, he grew up with a appreciation of Appalachian instruments and sounds.
Years of performing with a family based country band throughout Columbus Ohio, visiting many local hot spots and honky tonk bars, Travis stepped out on his own as a late bloomer, to embrace his love of songwriting and music composition, tackling subjects from past family history and personal experience.
